Official Business Policies
Thank you for choosing Salon Serenity & Spa. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of
service and care. To ensure fairness to our service providers and seamless scheduling for all of our guests, we
strictly enforce the following business policies.
Appointment Deposits & Large Services
• 50% Deposit Required: A 50% deposit is required for booking all spa packages and large services
(including, but not limited to: Balayage, Corrective Color, Keratin Smoothing Treatments, Hair Extensions,
and spa treatments).
• Transfers: Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment only if the change is made outside of
our 48-hour cancellation window.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Standard 48-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule
any standard appointment.
• Late Cancellation Fees: Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within the 48-hour window will be
charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Bridal Package Policy: Due to the extensive scheduling and dedicated time required for wedding parties,
all Bridal Packages require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice to change or cancel.
Service Refund Policy & Guarantee
• All Services are Non-Refundable: Because our treatments require dedicated time, specialized labor, and
professional product costs, we do not issue monetary refunds for completed salon or spa services.
• Complimentary Adjustments: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with
your results, please contact management within 7 days of your original appointment to schedule a
complimentary adjustment.
• Exclusions: Adjustment services must be performed by the original provider and do not apply if you change
your mind about a style or color you explicitly requested, or if you alter the hair or skin at home or at
another establishment.
Retail Product Returns
• Unopened Products: Unopened, unused retail and skincare items may be exchanged for store credit
within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Final Sale Items: All opened products, clearance items, and gift cards are strictly final sale.
By booking an appointment or purchasing products with Salon Serenity & Spa, you explicitly agree to
these terms and conditions.
MEDSPA & MATERIAL AGREEMENT
Scheduled Treatment: Microneedling with PDGF (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor)
1. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
To secure your appointment for this advanced aesthetic treatment, a flat deposit of $300.00 is required at
the time of booking. This deposit is not a simple scheduling placeholder; it will be applied directly as a
credit toward your total treatment invoice on the day of your service.
2. UNRETURNABLE MATERIAL ALLOCATION
By processing this deposit, you explicitly acknowledge that the $300.00 fee is immediately utilized by
the clinic to procure your specialized, single-use PDGF biologic kit. Because this medical material
cannot be returned to the manufacturer, restocked, or reallocated to any other patient once ordered, this
$300.00 payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We enforce a strict policy regarding scheduling changes due to the volatile nature of clinical product
ordering:
• Forfeiture: If you cancel your appointment, fail to show up, or arrive too late to be safely treated, your
$300.00 deposit shall be permanently forfeited to cover the direct product overhead costs.
• Rescheduling: Any courtesy adjustments to your appointment time must be finalized before your
restricted cancellation window. Regardless of notice, the cash value of the deposit cannot be refunded
as a cash or credit card return.
4. MEDICAL PRE-SCREENING & INELIGIBILITY
Because microneedling with PDGF involves deliberate micro-injuries to the dermis, you must be clinically
cleared to undergo treatment. You agree to complete all digital health history forms honestly at least 48
hours prior to arrival.
• Patient Fault Forfeiture: If the practitioner cannot safely treat you on the day of your appointment due
to an undisclosed contraindication (including but not limited to: active skin infections, open facial
wounds, active cold sore outbreaks, or a failure to stop blood thinners/retinoids within the required
window), your treatment will be cancelled and the $300.00 deposit will be permanently forfeited to
cover the wasted medical kit.
